The project will see the complete demolition of the present dwelling. The replacement property will be 3 storeys composed of a steel frame, with front and side elevations cladded with sandstone and the rear elevation rendered with the Wetherby rendering system.
The property will utilise much of its plot resulting in tight access meaning a Tower Crane has had to be erected on site in order to move materials around the site. The property is also having to be built to Code 4 For Sustainable Building which forms part of the planning conditions. This is the first property in the Preston Borough to be passed/built to this stipulation.
The site is also registered with Considerate Constructors and we are pleased to say recently scored 33 points, this has put us into the top 10% of sites in the country.
