Kirklees Culvert Removal

Works have now started on the the Kirklees Culvert to remove the 40m long Tottington Printworks culvert, restoring natural fluvial processes, fish passage, and reducing flood risk concerns associated with over-capacity, blockage and collapse.  The project will see a new footbridge installed and a ford crossing.  Works are currently ongoing and scheduled to be completed by the mid May.
